Leadership Scholarships
President Jeanie Webb has a mission of developing some of the most qualified Rose State students into the community leaders of tomorrow. With the initiative of President Webb, Rose State offers one of the most prestigious President’s Leadership Class (PLC) scholarships in the state of Oklahoma. Through her leadership and the support of the College, the RSC Foundation and a well-qualified staff of PLC advisors, Rose State offers over 150 of these scholarships annually. Through this financial support, leadership mentoring and effective academic advisement, most of these students graduate from Rose State debt free.
Besides financial support provided directly by the College, many of these scholarships are also supported by organizations, families and individuals all over Oklahoma. To apply for these scholarships, please complete the General Scholarship Application which open January 1 with a priority deadline of March 1. For questions regarding the RSC Leadership Scholarship program or the application process, please contact the Student Engagement Office at 405-733-7372.
